To ensure you get the maximum enjoyment from your Rally Drive Experience and to avoid any unnecessary disappointment, please read over the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your Rally Drive Experience.
- Rally Drive Experience usually operates regardless of weather conditions. However in cases of severe inclement weather conditions, Rally Drive reserves the right to cancel your session. We will endeavour to reschedule your session as soon as possible if this occurs.
- All Rally Drive Experience participants are required to sign a contract. Spectators are required to sign an indemnity form.
- Tops and footwear must be worn at all times. Thongs and singlets are not permissible for participants. Tops with sleeves (e.g T-shirt, Polo shirt etc) and closed in footwear (runners, trainers, sand shoes etc) must be worn. You will not be permitted to participate without the correct clothing and will risk forfeiting your booking.
- Prices, session dates, and times are subject to change without notice. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
- No alcohol may be consumed prior to driving a Rally car.
- Full payment required at time of booking. EFTPOS and major credit cards accepted.
- 14 days notice is required to reschedule your session. A rescheduling fee of $50 is payable per participant. Less than 48 hours a fee of 50% is payable per participant, and a not turning up on the day will mean you forfeit your booking. If you do qualify for a refund this will be deposited in your bank account. No cash will be exchanged on the drive day. This is not applicable to sessions rescheduled by Rally Drive Experience.
